Dear Dr.Zhou,
The patient is loaded with epdantoin and Depakene. we stopped thiopental 30 hours ago.2.nd CT yesterday( postop 3.rd day) showed no acute ischemic or hemorrhagic changes( 5 mm cerebral and 1 mm brain stem slices). Pupil reflex started  a few hour s ago but very weak. Grimacing while doing nasotracheal suction).
