Have been trying to purchase a fibrilator but couldn't find the firm.Maybe I should ask an electrical technician to make one.If you have one can you please post the enrgy output in joules or watts ,the voltage out put and also the frequency(Hz).Also, in the case mentioned anything resembling aorta was out of site and the adhesions were so tough that I used No 15 blade for dissection around the RA .It was impossible for me to control IVC.erdinc
