[HSF] Imaging

Dear forum,
I have been busy with ICU management of the TR patient ( TCA+R thoracotomy).as you can imagine she didn't wake up.From 5 days ago  she started having low platelet numbers down from 150000 to 23000 today.Wide spread skin necrosis+ blistering.Stopped Heparin immediately but platelet number still going down. Transfused platelet concentrate .HITS?What else can we do ?
