[HSF] Type III b dissection with rerograde involvement of arch

Dear Forum,
The patient with retrograde advancement of dissection up to the ostium of the inominate artery was disscussed here . As per advice of some of the members we followed him medically(Robertto was a proponent of surgical intervention).2 weeks after discharge he was readmitted with hoarseness.Control CT showed  a still oıpen false lumen with no siginificant increase in the size of the thoracic aorta.ENT is supposed to do a laryngoscopy tomorrow.Any thought?
