Michael,
1. Fibrptic esophagogatroscopy negative
2.No bicarbonate drip no metabolic acidosis ( anymore)Lactic acid3.1
3.No thoracic tube only 2 mediastinal tubes.
4.CXR perfect
5. Abd USG:portal vein and hepatic artery open( doppler), no intra-abdominal fluid
6.No fever,wbc 7100 ( and still there),FDP high,sedim 33mm /hr
7.Good urination without any diuretics and Dopa
Proceed with reopening ?
