[HSF] Bentall + CABG

Michael,
1. Fibrptic esophagogatroscopy negative
2.No bicarbonate drip no metabolic acidosis ( anymore)Lactic acid3.1 
3.No thoracic tube only 2 mediastinal tubes.
4.CXR perfect
5. Abd USG:portal vein and hepatic artery open( doppler), no intra-abdominal fluid
6.No fever,wbc 7100 ( and still there),FDP high,sedim 33mm /hr
7.Good urination without any diuretics and Dopa
Proceed with reopening ?

The liver numbers tell you he is in shock and not that he has an acute liver problem. He needs an operation now. the air is either from his airways or esophagus or belly (chest tube thru colon?
