Wbc still went down 200!!.Developed profuse thick purulent pulmonary secretion with very progressive bilateral lung infiltrates.( on triple wide spectrum ab and antifungal).couldn't incease PO2 .Finally lost the patient.No postmortem study allowed. erdinc
