RES: [HSF] compression fracture of T11 and thoracotomy

Tony,
We did the operation this morning.R 8.th intercostal space.Lung had diffusely adhesion( post traumatic hemothorax resolution?).Nsrg did a fixation and elevation of T10-11 using some metalic instruments. Uneventful procedure. Thanks
