Dear Giuseppe,
  Sorry to hear about your patient, but I doubt that the 27 mm  bioprosthesis 
was the cause of death.  Rather, I suspect your patient died  of fixed PA 
HTN, i.e. cor pulmonale.  As far as I know, within reason  mitral valve orifice/ 
patient mismatch is not really a consideration.
