It is fairly versatile and easy to use. (Of course for us so is a 7-0 prolene.) i would think it would facilitate minimal incision approaches. We did a phase one study and had good results. The open question is whether it is better or not to justify the extra cost. We could not demonstrate that detail with the single view that we had (of the data).
