[HSF] ADULT Coarctation repair

John Brown presented his redo coarcs yesterday at the STS, and  only 1 
required CPB, and it was in a young child who also needed transverse arch  repair. 
There were a number of adults in the series as well. The majority were  
repaired (all via L thoracotomy except the one who they did on CPB through a  
sternotomy) using 2 techniques, either patch angioplasty with prosthetic  material or 
simply redo-ing the coarc repair. It would be an extremely unusual  case that 
would require an interposition graft done of CPB. Could you describe  the 
case you are considering using this technique to repair?
