Ahmet Whatever the cause ,once hepatorenal failure commences it is indeed very hard to change the outcome.I am sure you followed the tread about my Bentall patient who after an uneventful early postop period developed hepatorenal and finally MOF and I couldn't save him.Good luck for you and your patient erdinc
