[HSF] radial artery-vein patch

No. We've used radials extensively over the past 8 years. We started  
putting the proximal to the LIMA, then moved to putting the proximal  
directly to the aorta. We use 6-0 prolene for the proximal  
anastamosis to the aorta and have not seen any problems. The usual  
issues should be considered in selection of RAs and targets in  
regards to degree of proximal stenosis.
