[HSF] TVR with liver failure

Agree, and no comment.
Spoke to our Interventional guys - we will probably balloon her -most likely
convert to serve TR, which if her RV has been protected by the TS, she
should tolerate and reduce a pressure load on her Liver, if not, then.......
well, I can blame Ani???
