2.What is the origin of 3 cm in LA fibrilation loop? Does it have something with the speed of propagation of the wave in atrial tissue?
3.how do you interpret a wave velocity into success of fibrilation surgery ?What is the lower limit of  "a "wave  velocity in order for atria to be  considered as nonejecting pump.(i.e Electrical success and mechanical failure)
