Dear forum members,
Opinion requested for the following case:
56 Y/O obese female admitted for SOB.(NYHA class IV)History of FMF on colchicine for the last 40 years.
Hospitalized and started CHF treatment with improvement in symptoms.
Physical examination revealed MR murmur of moderate intensiity and bilateral rales.
TTE( repeated after treatment):Hypertrophic LV( nothing mentioned about RV),EF 20%,MR ++++,TR++,PAP 50 
CAG :3 vessel disease( all stenoses are significant).
U/A:proteinuria.
cardiac amyloidosis?rectal biopsy?
