Edgar, you have the option of relocating the ostia (do it if you are
familiar with it) or do a CABG (LIMA) to LAD) and close the left main
ostium through the PA. You can give cardioplegia through the root and
through the cross clamped PA.
These cases need to be operated as they still carry a higher risk of
sudden death.
