Its hard to not want to do something fancy or simple, but thank god we found some symptomatic pathology before she died of old age without first bringing the joy of a job well done to some surgeon.
By the way don't forget you have a full plate already...

Dr Novick, I fully agree with a two coronary system but putting a LIMA
or a double mammary is also an option. there are thousands of patients
with Tector T grafts etc to prove that this is adequate.If one is not
well versed with ostial translocation more harm may be done than good.
