But if you have balloon tipped cannulae you can give antegrade through the ostiae...

In this moment we are in surgery , I am the CV anestehsiologist and we can see great dilatation of coronary areteries, and ostium of LCA in anterior wall of PA, has been so difficult the cardioplegia, but was better with contiunus retrograde because the patient has a great coronary flow, I am saying to you the outcomes
