I appreciate your update of the case and congratulate on your success of rt.
Thoracotomy MVR. I have several questions if you don't mind answer.

1. Which interspace did you open in this case?

2. How far was the mitral valve from thoracotomy incision?

3. If you know, what kind of prosthesis for pectus was implanted
subcutaneously prior to your surgery?

4. If a patient suffer extremely severe pectus, do you think the right
thoracotomy is still feasible?

5. You mentioned aorta was difficult for clampping, was that due to
left-ward shift of a whole mediastinum?
