Dear Gustavo,
Here is our preffered suture material and technic:
1. Dilated annulus :pledgetted double needled  2-0 Etibond with pledgets in the aortic side
2.Non-dilated annulus  with good tissue quality( no gross calcification): non plegetted single needled sutures ( 20-24 in number)
3.Non-dilated  annulus with calcification: Pledgetted  double needled 2-0 etibond with plegets in the ventricular side.
