[HSF] Anticoagulation after mitral repair

Without AFib or atrial clot it was always aspirin only and it worked.  
Although there werew cardiologists involved I always saw them annually (as far  as 
that is ever possible.
TIA's come from platelet fibrin aggregates (I have not the time to give  
evidence for that bold statement today) Aspirin is good for that mechanism
