As i continually badger, words are not part of a flat world either. They mean different things in different places. And crazy people like me use neologisms continually so we can own that meaning, if only for the moment. I, of course, like to play with all of you, Bob, as you did the Swedes...
Regardless, Bob, we are delighted that you migrated from the deeeep south to Mayo Clinic as a urology fellow and accidently walked into the heart room. Hard to put that on on the flat lines of a cartesian graph...

You fellows remind me of an experience I had when I was a Fellow at the Mayo
Clinic. I had an old Swedish patient (Minnesota was settled by Swedes and
Norwegians) who said to me one day:
"Doc, where you from?" (pronounced 'fraam'). I replied "The deeep South"
and he said "Oh Yaaa", and we left it at that..
