[HSF] severe LVOT stenosis in 7y/o

Opinion requested about the following case:
7Y/O girl BW 19 kg ,admitted with SOB.
TTE:Severe AS( valvular+ subvalvalvular,subvalvular membrane?),mean pressure gradient 78 mmHg ,mild AR,aortic valve prolapse , spontaneously closed (in some part of the cardiac cycle) VSD.
My questions  are: 
1. can we  definitely seperate the valvular and subvalvular gradients by cardiac cath?
2. If yes , should we proceed with subvalvular portion and postpone the valvular component for a later date?
3.If not, what is the best option for the valvular components?
   I.Root enlarging procedure?
   II.Type of the  valvular prosthesis?
