How do you manage  postop bleeding in cases that receive the full whammy
antiplatelet cocktail. I have seen patients die due to unstoppable "ooze"
after clopidogrel itself despite platelets etc etc. One such patient was the
uncle of one of our anesthesiologists and it was terrible.No surgical
bleeder but blood everywhere.
