I have in my ICU just now a child who underewent an emergency MVR +TV plasty
for a balloon valvotomy tear. He has come back to the ICU for an
anticaogulant induced hemorhagic pericardial effusion which was drained with
a tube. Coumadin and hemorhagic pericardial effusions are real !!
