Even for bioprosthesis eg. Perimount? Nothing?
You know, in Germany 2-3 months must be given, as once a patient won a legal
cause because of hemiplegia, he was not receiving warfarin.
We are allowed not to give after 80 years old to avoid bleeding in the
elderly.

We haven't used warfarin for rings or bioprostheses in 20 yrs.
