Subject: [HSF] Mitral ring redux: the results
I did the guy this morning. 120kg! I found his totally occluded LAD, which
barely showed up as a twig on angio, to be 2.5mm. We all know this to be a
very common finding. The Ramus was easy. And we found a little langiappe,
which is Cajun for "a little something extra". He had a D1 which his
previous stent had jailed off and was >2mm! Threw in a ring. No more MR. He
jumped off bypass with PA's 20mmHg less than on induction.
I love my job.
Mitch
