[HSF] Aortic Dissection early after AVR with CABG

John,
As already said, there was a tear in the aortic wall originating from PD
graft. It must have been done during first surgery, but held quite well
until BP went far too high!

  Does these dissections happen from  suturebites involving only part of
thickness of aorta?
