I am currently  doing a telemedicine trial with a South African Doctor in
Antarctica. we are evaluating various telemedicne and telesurgery issues and
are investigating them at the practicality of doing telemedicine in remote
inaccessible areas. We did an evaluation an teaching session that set me
making a record on how to use common insstruments and modify them for
emergency use..This is a video showing how to modify an artery forceps into
a vascular clamp in an emergency.Nothing really original (My Dad used to do
this for decades) but worth documenting.
