[HSF] Aortic Dissection early after AVR with CABG

Thanks for many suggestions. As a matter of fact, I discussed with the 
patient and his family and decide to operate now rather than waiting for a 
while with anxiety. 3 weeks after the surgery, the adhesion was pretty 
tight. It was tough operation as I anticipated.

I heard of a few cases story about death after acute dissection even after 
early post AVR. I therefore would not wait.

I uploaded CT pictures. Please take a look.
