[HSF] Aortic Dissection early after AVR with CABG

Tohru,
Amazing pictures - not just for what they show, but it always amazes me how
you are expected to operate and take care of patients with limited resources
(which as I recall you and other continue to voice concerns about) and yet
your radiologists have the latest and greatest in CT technology.  Am I
correct in my statement?
