But how tall are these people...or how big were they before they became mountains of mad flesh?
 
Do small people have small blood vessels...and large people large vessels?
 
Am I just seeing what I expect to see when I have smallish folks for fem-pops all the time...little ladies or gents who started out with small circumference vessels...and then smoked or had bad genes?
Am I just confirming my own beliefs when I see the big guys with hands the size of dinner plates doing very well with vascular procedures because they have garden hoses inside?
 
Fat people can be small people gone wild.....
I recall the image in the Placebo Journal of the x-ray files...the rather smallish bones inside a very fat person.
