Thanks to R. Koulbanis from Congenital Cardiology Today journal, I
have managed to get the photos of my patient with dilated
cardiomyopathy , skin lesions and calcification in the trochanteric
areas with normal serum calcium.
Please look at the photos in the following links and pass on to me
