[HSF] Tricuspid tissue valve dysfunction

What then do you assume this means? The valves "loosens up" which seems unlikely or for the mitral the ventricular diastolic relaxation improves or worsens thus changing the gradient on which "assumption" is primary to change the flow and arrive at a EOA? Or what?

What I meant was pressure drop related to flow for a given period of  time.
Thar is the information you need to calculate an effective orifice  area.
For the patient in question an Eff Orif Area was, making a lot of
assumptions, derived from echo data .
I am saying the "EOA" is likely to be better later.
However it is also likely to be different given the difficulty of  obtaining
consistent measurements of flow velocities and dimensions, which leads  to v
ariability.
