I had a long disscusion with general surgeon and he told me that GA is in itself a cause of ileus.As I said before the only abnormality was a lactic metabolic acidosis compensated by respiratory alkalosis and in that early phse I insisted on doing a lap and there was only a dilated colon from ceacum up to sigmoid but not including it.I also insisted to leave the abdomen open and make a trube ceacostomy but was refused by the gen surgeon. These measures theoreticaly decrease the cahnce of abdominal compartment syndrome and  improve gut perfusion. After closing abdomen we measured intraabdominal pressure thru bladder . ıt was 25 cm water and the gen surgeon told me that there is no abdominal compatment syndrome at that  moment.
