Erdinc,
I think it is a mistake to chase low urine output per se in routine off pump patients with frequent volume much less drugs. Let the patient recover if he is not unstable without confounding factors. Otherwise, you may cause more trouble than you solve.

1.As you mentioned we sometimes use ephedrine during the exposure of the inferolateral vessels and if I don't remember wrong once ı exposed the heart with an apical suction device there MAP went down to near 50 mmHg which was reverted by trendelenburg position and fluid adm. Patients on Off-pump surgery for inferolateral vessels developed some periods od low urine output but we never allow this to last more than 1 hour and consider low cardiac out put and take some measures.
2.Platelet number was nevr below 150X 1000 so we didn't consider HITS.
