Dear members,

I have a 75 yo female patient admitted for unstable angina with 3 vessel disease and mild aortic stenosis. Two different measurements show valve area 1.19 and 1.39 cm2. Peak gradient 23 with mean gradient about 10.

No major co-morbodities other than HTN, NIDDM, Hyper lipepidemia.

Should I replace the valve?
