In case of lymph fistula I approximate tissue together with injection of
glue Beriplast and antibiotic Gentamycin. In most cases is it successfully .
Sometimes need repetition.

We did this morning with Mohr a third MKR redo through sternotomy, aortic
cannulation.
Take care for your patient that doesn´t have a lung embolization as was the
case in one of our MKR MIC last year, so much time in bed with the fistula
and died for another cause...
Discard deep vein thrombosis...

a patent IMA graft and opted to open the left groin for rescue on the way
in, just in case. She has been draining lymph for 5 weeks and has failed
wound vac therapy, exploration and closure after first injecting dye between
the toes to try to localize the fistula in the groin, and most recently,
wound excision and reclosure. I did not instill doxycycline, though it is
reported.
