[HSF] intraop epicardial echocardiography

I have the folowing problems with epicardial echo:

1.putting the probe on the cardiac chambers I can't hold it  in a sytable position so that the image changes  a lot.

2.can't visualize the tricuspid valve  properly( It always remains in the periphery of the image) so can't evaluate TR properly.

3. can't obtain standard images( any atlas of epicardial echo?)
